I have a 500 Mbps network but it doesn't function properly over Ethernet at full speeds. My old router provided about 300 Mbps download via Wi-Fi 5, while the new router with Wi-Fi 6 only manages around 50 Mbps download and has no issues with upload up to 500 Mbps. When I set the channel to 160 MHz, download speeds rise to ~300 Mbps, but my PC still can't connect at all. The Wi-Fi connection speed shown is much higher than actual performance. I've checked the speed test results, and they match the reported numbers.

Occasionally it functions properly, but sometimes it seems unpredictable. It might be because another device nearby uses the same 5 GHz bands, impacting my connection. My upload speeds are consistent, while my download speeds fluctuate a lot.

I believe the issue lies because a nearby device used identical channels at 5 GHz, while the auto setting was unstable, whereas adjusting manually to 40 channels with consistent 500 Mbps resolved it.
