I tried reinstalling the game again, but it failed. I’ll reach out to Blizzard support, though I’ll keep this option available until then, since they’re usually not very helpful with my friends.

I won’t mention it’s software; the Wi-Fi becomes unstable immediately when heavy disk I/O occurs, which looks very odd.

Thank you for your input. I conducted repeated Speedtests throughout the Crystal Disk Mark evaluation, and there was no drop in internet performance.
