These platforms appear to forward NordVPN IPs to a black hole. Are you utilizing iCloud Private Relay? If yes, consider turning it off to check if the problem persists on your PC.

I first encountered a blackhole and did some research. I didn’t think much about changing anything until I tried disabling the VPN again—still had the problem. Then I switched to OpenVPN(TCP) and it resolved everything, including the chatGPT issue. Feeling a bit silly but really relieved, thanks @PorkishPig!
