I've been facing several problems with the latest Call of Duty titles due to recurring network difficulties. I've gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps, even reinstalling Windows, but the issue persists. Every time I try to play a game, it seems to disconnect because of the same network problems. My brother on the same network can play without issues, and we share similar hardware, so I'm wondering if the Ethernet port might be the problem. I'm considering upgrading to a PCIe network card to see if that resolves the issue. The internet connection itself appears stable, with consistent ping and download speeds. I've tried other solutions but haven't documented everything yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We'd appreciate knowing the exact error you're encountering. Providing your PC specifications would be very useful. If your brother isn't facing network problems or being blocked, it's likely a PC-related issue with settings or hardware.

It seems the issue isn't showing up as an error code in the latest Call of Duty update, unlike previous versions where it consistently reported a connection failure. I've completed the support process multiple times and tried various troubleshooting steps, but no solution has been found. My system specs are: CPU 15-9400F, motherboard ASRock H310CM-HDV, GPU Asus ROG STRIX GTX 1080 with 8GB RAM, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 at 3200MHZ. The rest of the components are older or borrowed parts, including my PSU and storage. If needed, I can look into identifying those as well.

Step 1: Check if your router is connected to the internet. Place your computer or device close to the router. If it works, the hardware might be faulty. If not, move forward to Step 2. Step 2: Reinstall the network card. A weak signal can slow transmission, requiring troubleshooting. Updating the driver may resolve the issue; otherwise, consult your IT team or replace the device.
