Internet has been intermittently unavailable for about two weeks, affecting some devices more than others. It works both wired and wireless connections. I’m unsure how to diagnose the problem. Disconnecting the 3-port modem/switch/router and restarting resolves it for 8–12 hours. The network configuration in my home uses the main modem from the ISP, connected to a Google Nest Wi-Fi router, which then links to a 16-port switch. All devices are set to default DHCP settings. Any advice on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Enable packet capture on the internet connection. Observe any changes in traffic and note events leading up to any drops. Previously, a similar issue was resolved by fixing a DHCP configuration.

What model are you using? Which ISP provides your service? What kind of internet connection do you have? Conduct a wireless scan and share the channel analysis for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
