I recently installed PIA and everything was functioning smoothly until recently. A few days ago it suddenly cut me off while I was playing a game, so I had to close the game and attempt to reconnect. When I right-clicked the icon and chose "connect," nothing happened. I tried connecting to a specific server but also faced issues. Eventually, I had to end the process and restart the program for it to work again. It has been happening once or twice a day. I’m not sure what’s causing this problem and would appreciate any advice.

You're choosing to use a VPN for gaming because it improves your connection, even though it may slow things down.

It's actually quite manageable... a small boost of 10-20ms and constant DDoS threats, but I appreciate the sense of safety it provides.

As a paying customer, reach out to their support team. There might be network problems we’re not seeing.
