Hi everyone, I used to link my laptop to the router through Wi-Fi without any issues. About a week ago, I connected a LAN cable directly from the router to the laptop and noticed it would disconnect every couple of minutes, then reconnect quickly. I tested using three different cables and ran a ping command, getting results like: 2 packets lost out of 1000, 11 lost (1%), and 20 lost (2%). After switching to Linux with the same laptop, everything worked perfectly—no packet loss. I reinstalled the network drivers and turned off the "energy efficient LAN" setting. What do you think caused the problem? Thanks in advance.
