Connection issues are happening (requires assistance)
Hello... until recently my connection was very stable. But lately it's been inconsistent. When I power on the PC, it shows no connection for 30 to 60 seconds, even after everything loads. Occasionally it drops out for about five minutes and then comes back. I've reset the router several times and updated its firmware, but that didn't help. Besides the usual suggestion to get a new router, are there any other steps I should try? TIA Jim
Check if your device meets the requirements. Ensure Windows is fully installed and up to date, along with the latest BIOS version.
I assisted a colleague with precisely this problem a few weeks back. The concern was his lan driver being extremely outdated. Always keep your drivers current.
