Hello everyone, please accept my apologies if this isn't the right area—I think there might be a networking problem stopping the game from loading. The COD modern warfare file from blizzard.net works properly, but each time you start it it jumps to the "connecting to the server" screen and then freezes without progress. My internet connection is stable; the same PC can browse the web, while other devices connect via WiFi. I've tried several troubleshooting steps: ran the command prompt with /release /flushdns /refresh (it failed on the first run), enabled NAT from the router but couldn't find an option, checked port forwarding rules online for both the router and Windows Defender, allowed internet access through the firewall for both in-game and result traffic, changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8, reinstalled the game, and even disabled the firewall temporarily. The PC uses an ethernet connection via a powerline adapter, which works fine. I'm also wondering if it's being placed in DMZ by the router and that might be blocking access. I've tried everything and still can't get it to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
