We really need a fix. Everything functioned properly before, but now we experience occasional internet drops on our devices. Some work briefly, others stop completely. We use both cable (PC) and Wi-Fi (PC & Cell). The router was changed, but the issue persisted, so we went back to the old one. Disconnected all PC cables from the routers and tested individually. No improvement. Speed tests showed normal performance, yet the video provider claims their modem is fine after long-distance testing. We turned off wireless phones and printers, but results remained poor. We live in a home, not an apartment building. What could possibly be wrong? Could neighbors be affecting our connections? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!
