Just downloading files without touching anything, the router suddenly loses connection to the ISP and you try cloning the MAC address. It works temporarily, then fails again, loops endlessly.
When it’s determined to be on your side, they dispatch individuals to your area at no cost or you can take legal action. They may legally require payment only if the issue lies with you. They’re accountable for keeping the connection intact. If it’s your responsibility, we handle it. If not, it’s their concern and they’ll address the monthly charge they collect.
