Hello all, I'm facing some challenges aligning my Surface 4 Laptop with my WFH monitor arrangement. Please share any suggestions you might have. I apologize ahead of time for the lengthy message. My role has equipped me with a Surface 4 Laptop, specifically this model: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/surface/...tech-specs Surface Laptop 4 13.5”: Quad Core 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 processor. Before, we could connect to our desktop via remote desktop, but now I need to rely on the laptop setup. I have two displays – one is a C49RG9x (I use picture-in-picture mode so it functions as dual screens) https://www.samsung.com/ca/monitors/gami...g90ssnxza/ and the other is an AG273QG3R3B. Microsoft says my laptop has a USB C port with 10Gbps speed, which should support up to two 4K60Hz screens. They also mentioned that using the Surface Connection Port (part of the power port) gives a separate 10Gbps link via a dock, potentially reaching 20Gbps if you use Intel’s graphics. According to Intel’s site, the iGPU can handle up to four displays. I’ve bought two docks – one from Officeworks and another from Recompute – to expand functionality. Connecting through the USB C port to the C49RG9x with two display connectors didn’t yield any image. I tried using the dock with the AG273QG3R3B, but it produced a blurry output. I thought the dock might be faulty and returned it for a refund. Eventually, I got this new dock from Recompute, which works well when connecting one display port to the AG273QG3R3B. When using two ports on the C49RG9x, the image remains distorted. From what I understand, I’m following the specifications given by both Microsoft and Intel. I suspect the second dock could also be defective. Thank you for any help you can provide. I’ve attached a diagram to clarify my configuration. Also, I mentioned to procurement that Intel laptops without Thunderbolt support are causing issues.
