Hello, I noticed your PC setup and the issue with the monitor connection. They confirmed it works in the store but not at home. You've tried two different monitors and HDMI cables without success. Please let me know if you need further help.

I guess I found a solution, but I'm not sure how to remove this entry.

Instead of showing your method, you could explain your reasoning so others can understand and apply it.

I also attempted HDMI, but it failed, yet it worked with the Display Port.

You probably connected the displayport cable to an HDMI port, even though they seem alike.

I connected HDMI to HDMI and nothing appeared, but it worked when I used the display port ID.

It might be a bad port, a loose connector, or the HDMI is turned off in the BIOS. It's not easy to figure out.
