I'm at my friend's place trying to install a Wi-Fi antenna on his lap, which had its screen removed because it was damaged. The display parts were missing, and we didn't manage to save them. I'm attempting to adapt an antenna from a MacBook, assuming it shares the connector, but it's not connecting properly. Could you help confirm if this is the best approach? Thanks!

I shared this to check if the WiFi card was faulty, but we just got a USB adapter and my friend is happy with his custom "lap" project. Thanks for your assistance, even though we fixed it ourselves.
