Do you have WSL enabled? It looks like the WSL network card is set up, allowing the VM to access the network. That’s typical.

I don’t know which of my applications relies on WSL. However, I was able to remove the Hyper-V network adapter from the Device Manager, so that virtual network is no longer active. If I can identify the specific program using it, I’ll attempt to reinstall it.
