I've been using a 90s UPS all this time until it stopped working last year. My dad installed it, and now it's broken. I'm thinking about connecting my PC straight to the wall, but I'm confused because the cable ends differently than the wall plug.

Grab the power cord from the back of your PSU and connect it to the wall outlet. If you're not sure, snap a photo of the cable and send it along.

From the US perspective, the device features three notches connecting to the PC. The other end has two notches plus a round connector. This matches the StarTech.com 20 ft Standard Computer Power Cord NEMA5 15P to C13 available at Office Depot.
