Sure, for a single cooler with two fans, it's best to use a splitter on one header so all fans operate at the same speed. This avoids needing two separate headers and ensures efficient power delivery.

I won't debate you about this. It was just that I didn't feel comfortable with certain remarks about using a "pump" header.
