No problem, you can connect it to your fan or RGB controller via its SATA port. Just make sure the device supports that interface and matches the voltage requirements.

Your cable will have several SATA power connectors from your power supply unit, all the same type. Pick any that fit. Otherwise, it's not very obvious what you're trying to do.

Lol there's a sata coming off my aio, I was wondering if I could plug into the chord in the Pic, the chord hooked up to my fan/rgb controller to my power supply?

It would help to know more about the AIO you mentioned. It's not clear exactly what you're referring to. You have a PSU SATA power cable, and any device requiring SATA power can connect to it.
