Hey everyone, I've been facing some issues recently with the message "Check with software publisher" appearing whenever I open anything. My mouse also seems to freeze significantly, making it easy to see its movement frame by frame. This started after a single internet drop, and now I'm trying to figure out what's causing it. I've cleaned my hard drives, run an SFC scan, checked for viruses, and maybe missed something else.
