Hi there, I’m switching to a Nighthawk 2600 for my Wi-Fi router. Previously, I used the Arris Surfboard SBG 6782-AC as both modem and router, but its router performance has been inconsistent and signal strength poor. Now I’m moving to the NightHawk AC 2600. Following all setup steps from the Nighthawk app and switching it into bridge mode (see this link: https://arris.secure.force.com/consumers...tedArticle), the router still isn’t connecting to the network, and the solid amber light stays on. The Arris device continues to broadcast its two Wi-Fi networks with full connectivity. I’ve tried a power cycle as recommended, but no internet access from the SBG 6782-AC persists. I’m hoping someone can help since I’ve followed both manufacturers’ instructions without success. Thanks in advance!
