Your PC setup for the case connections runs left to right, top to bottom. The power switch is labeled "PLED+ PLED- POWERSW HDDLE," and the reset switch is marked "BLANK RESET." It’s fine as long as you have proper grounding; no wires to the blank switch are needed.

Meaning well-grounded is a bit unclear, but you're probably trying to say your build setup is solid. It's great that you're careful with this first project!
