Unclear why you need two separate access points. Many WiFi access points handle multiple SSIDs and VLANs. They can connect clients on different SSIDs into various VLANs via a trunk port. The best security approach is using a router that supports creating multiple LANs. For instance, 192.168.0.0/24 could serve your home network while 192.168.1.0/24 manages your tenants'. Both can be set up with NAT to the same public IP from Comcast, but they wouldn't communicate directly. Just installing two different access points and connecting them to the same router or LAN doesn’t provide strong security beyond possibly disabling a tenant’s network individually.

In practice, it might be quicker since you can more easily use the 160MHz channel width without running into interference or DFS issues. The drawback is that widespread support won’t come for a while.
