There isn't a standard way to lock settings while keeping access to Steam. You'd need a custom solution or alternative platform that offers full control over account features.

^ functions properly, but you can't enjoy the games when someone else is using them while you're playing with them. The person owning the game has the highest priority.

If you're providing this as a paid offering, you should check whether Steam permits it. My prediction is that it likely isn't allowed.

If you had five extra computers and added them to the shared library, they could run games together without altering the settings. Each device would operate independently, staying separate from your main system.

Only one game can be played at a time, and you cannot use the same account for all CS:GO sessions.

That's acceptable, meaning everyone would need to play various games...and how would it be if they attempted to play the identical game?

The player can engage and push the opponent off, but if someone else attempts it they might respond with 'Game already in use.' It's been a while since I played it.

Someone else raised concerns about legal matters with Steam. I should review this if you plan to charge players to play the games. For personal use among family or friends, it’s fine.
