Hi there! I'm working on configuring the system so that when you connect to your Guest Internet, it redirects you to your web browser for login. It's similar to what some hotels offer. Let me know if you can help with this!

The devices you're employing include various networking hardware such as switches and routers, often integrated with solutions like Unifi for managing captive portals.

You're currently relying on a basic modem provided by your ISP, Telstra. Upgrading to a unified system isn't necessary right now, but you might consider it later for improved functionality.

You'll require various configurations for this. What's the purpose of the captive portal? Just sharing a common guest login works too.

I have 2 connections, A Main one and a Guest One (Both switch between 2GHZ and 5GHZ). This is just a fun project I saw that I am interested in doing!

Yes, there are alternatives you can use instead of unfi or similar gear.

Search online for captive portals and you’ll discover solutions. However, you’ll also need extra equipment to achieve this. A router that can handle it would be the most straightforward option.
