What voltage should be used for your B450M mortar? It's currently around 1.35V with stock cooling, and you're running a 650W PSU. I'm not sure what the correct values are, so checking DRAM calculator might help. Your RAM modules are F4-3200C14-8GTZRX.

Great selection for memory storage. Works well at 1.350v. Additional units may be required if exceeding XMP capabilities.

Typically, SOC operates automatically with over-volt protection. You can also set a manual input of up to 1.1v safely.

These readings reflect my setup without PBO. The RAM module is configured at 1.41V.
