After logging in, locate the "system" section at the bottom of the interface. Select it and input the desired DNS for the ER-X in the "system name server" field.

Only DNS queries from the ERX are altered. This applies when a DNS forwarder is active, not when it's not. To ensure clients connect directly to OpenDNS, you'd need to set this up in the DHCP server settings to broadcast to network devices.
