I upgraded my motherboard's processor from i5 3570 Ti to i7 3770K. After the change, a pop-up appeared saying "invalid configuration please run setup utility." Pressing F1 continued until the warning vanished briefly before reappearing again. I'm looking for guidance on resolving this issue.
Reset the CMOS, refer to your motherboard manual for correct steps. Turn off the PSU or unplug it from the wall (quickly, just a moment), then remove the appropriate jumper or take the battery out temporarily. Let me know if that works.
