The issue isn't about the "organization managing" anything. Your Windows update is stuck after downloading 100% and isn't progressing. Please let me know if you need assistance resolving this.

I don't believe it's a virus. I'm running antivirus protection. For Windows activation, I didn't set it up myself. The seller installed and activated the software.

open the Windows Media Creation Tool for Windows 10 and choose to upgrade this PC. I’m not sure what the reason is, but it should install automatically when prompted. Why wait? Microsoft has improved a lot lately at pushing updates.

It bothers me when the update stays in one spot for more than three hours. If it’s not an issue, I’m fine leaving it unchanged.

You might receive that notification by executing commands such as Shutup10 or Spybot ANti-Beacon, just a heads-up

The notification appeared due to an enabled toggle. It disappeared once the toggle was disabled and the system restarted. I still plan to reactivate it, as I don’t require Microsoft to update my graphics or chipset drivers.
