Hi @pdzappa. Your observations make sense. When multiple users connect to the same server, it works fine. But if you try using the same user ID, one connection will be blocked and the session will end. With Windows Remote Desktop, connecting daily causes issues—your old session drops when you switch computers. However, a colleague with their own account can log in without being kicked out. TL;DR: The accounts are different, so 'user' won't trigger 'admin' actions. Hope this clears things up!

We’re using remote desktop on Windows 7 with minimal configuration—just two users, one connecting remotely while the other accesses the machine locally. This setup should function smoothly because it’s a standard desktop environment, not a server OS.
