However, I’m puzzled about the presence of 6000Mhz RAM when the CPU only supports up to DDR5 5600 MT/s.

Also, is there anything incorrect or ways to improve? Will LatencyMon consistently show low latency? I’m being cautious since this YouTuber has real data showing the PC runs smoothly.

Also, I’m unsure why my PC shows odd average latency and high DPC latency in the Nvidia driver and interrupt process system latency. I’ve noticed spikes—interrupt to process sometimes reaches 57 and 100—and the Nvidia DPC is 400. That’s definitely unusual. With an average DPC of 3 and interrupt process at 5, is this normal? Or is my RAM causing the issue? Should I take a screenshot? It’s hard to gather data on LatencyMon.

The explanation is actually quite simple.
Even though the CPU officially allows memory speeds up to 6000mt/s, the IMC inside the CPU can often exceed that. Especially with Intel CPUs, they have very strong IMCs that can handle almost any speed within limits.
Your motherboard also supports faster RAM rates than your CPU can offer. It can accommodate RAM speeds up to 7800mt/s. Therefore, if the IMC in your CPU is powerful enough, it can run RAM at a rate higher than what is specified.
What do you really intend to say? The 5600x can be perfectly fine as a CPU. It might just be that your setup is set up wrongly, which could be causing the problems. Userbench isn't really useful for comparing systems or making meaningful comparisons—it's mostly designed to favor Intel processors.
