Updated: recently added a new Corsair 1000W power supply and reinstalled the 4090. The system is functioning well. This should serve as a reminder to everyone—especially me—that brand new doesn’t always guarantee proper performance! I was surprised by how the MSI PSU was defective from the start, just like that old Corsair unit. Thanks a lot for your support. I’ll follow up after some time and see what happens.

As shared here, I'm highly confident it was a PSU problem. It worked well after switching to another 750W PSU and a 1060. Now it's performing excellently with the new 1000W PSU and the 4090. I'll conduct some detailed tests and share the results later tonight.

It was definitely the new MSI PSU again. With a Corsair PSU of the same wattage, I played games while running other tasks on my screens last night and kept the computer running intensely for six hours, making the room really hot. Then I forgot about my duties today. My next power bill is going to be a disaster! I learned a big lesson not to blindly trust brand new parts. Also, I realized not to use an old PSU that wasn’t rated high enough—well, I already knew that, but it felt lazy of me. Thanks everyone for all the tips. The computer works perfectly now. Problems are fixed.
