I'm not sure if it's my overclocking settings or the hardware, but when I press the "Power On" button, the blue LED on the Fractal Design R5 turns on, the front fans activate, then both stop. After a moment, the whole system powers up, including the fans and the LED. I thought everything would just switch on instantly when I pressed the power button.

It seems like a poor setup. I'd restart the BIOS and continue from there.
Have you tried running the OC process before?
You might want to unplug your PC from the power source and take out the battery for about 10 minutes to fully reset the CMOS.

It’s been running on that configuration for nearly a year. But after watching a video by Jayztwocents, he mentions power fluctuations and flickering, which made me reconsider.
I plan to reset the BIOS, leave it unplugged briefly, and then retry the overclocking.
Edit: I recall stress-testing the Overclock settings with Prime95 and monitoring them via AMD OverDrive.
