Computer is Turning Off Unpredictably
Computer is Turning Off Unpredictably
I’ve already handled many troubleshooting steps, but my system has functioned perfectly so far. Around three weeks ago I upgraded the RAM from 16 to 32 gigs, installed a new SSD, switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and updated all GPU drivers. After these changes, I didn’t play games for several days, but when I did, I faced frequent system shutdowns. My first guess was the new RAM caused the problem, so I replaced it with the old ones, but the issue continued. Then I thought the GPU drivers might be the culprit—I rolled them back and the problem persisted. Next, I considered Windows 11 being the cause, but it still happened after switching back to 10. Later, I replaced the power supply and had no issues for about a week, though it started again last night. It seems to occur consistently while playing Apex. For example, I played Spjderman for nearly an hour without any problems, but switched to Apex and joined a Discord call and it shut down instantly. I also tried running Cinebench and Heaven simultaneously, but they didn’t cause shutdowns. I’m still unsure what’s causing the issue and would appreciate any advice!
