Computer Fans Spin, Gpu LED is on, But Doesnt Display anything
The situation described involves multiple issues: no display, spinning fans, RGB GPU lighting, unresponsive keyboard and caps lock, silent motherboard speaker, and the PC was offline for over a day. Previous troubleshooting steps included reseating RAM, trying different RAM sticks, re-seating the GPU, resetting CMOS, checking cables, testing USB devices, using another M.2 drive, installing a spare GPU, and switching monitors or CPUs. Current hardware includes a Ryzen 5 5500G, RX 6750 XT, 2x8GB DDR4 RAM, 3200MHz CPU, 3D Mark IV 520M PSU, and Corsair RMA850E.
You’re about to sound annoyed, but let’s make sure: your cable is connected to the GPU, are you using the right monitor input? Have you swapped in another device with the same cable on the monitor to check compatibility? Did you test another cable or monitor to confirm the issue lies with the PC? Have you tried changing the GPU or monitor ports? And do you know if this is your first build or if it worked before?
I don't hate you for asking—it's easy to miss small details. To be honest, I've tested using an HDMI cable with the same monitor and another with a different one. Since I only have the DP cable and DP monitor, I can't really try anything else. Personally, I don't think it's a problem with the cable or monitor. My keyboard also doesn't respond at all, and I've been upgrading my GPU and PSU about a month ago without any issues so far.
