Just started powering up my new build and nothing HDMI is showing, but the case lights and fans are active. The graphics and CPU status lights are lit. I have a Ryzen 9 7900X N7 B650E motherboard with DDR5 2×32GB from G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo (it's in the recommended range). I also have a Navidia 3080, tried updating the BIOS to the latest version, re-seating the RAM, and using just one slot at a time, but still nothing. I'm really worried because I spent some money on these components and they aren't returning within their warranty periods. Any solutions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you connect your GPU to your monitor via Display Port or HDMI? I’d suggest checking if the cable is plugged into the motherboard first, but it seems you’re more tech-savvy. If it’s Display Port, try using the HDMI port on the RTX 3080.

You've checked all the ports and used the CPU's built-in graphics, but it still isn't working.

Replace the CPU. If that doesn’t work and you’ve checked everything else…ugh. The motherboard, CPU, or RAM might be faulty. I’d take it to a repair shop so they can test the parts. Even outside the return period, you should be able to file a return warranty if it’s been over a year since purchase.

I just removed the CPU block because it was a custom water loop and I needed to drain it. After taking it off, I inspected the pins for bending but found none. I used a contact plate and reinstalled the mounting bracket, hoping it would work. Still, I need to re-test the system and refill the loop. I’ll do all that tomorrow and share the results.
