Hardware setup confirmed: motherboard connected via 24-pin ATX, CPU power rating set at 1, GPU PCIe slot inserted into PSU. System powers on with red CPU and orange DRAM indicators transitioning to solid yellow DRAM EZ debug light. Attempted CPU re-seating, RAM swaps, and slot changes without success. No alternative motherboard or modular PSU available for testing. Seeking advice on possible solutions.

I'm just starting up and taking a moment to boot up. How long will it take?

Consider using separate RAM modules or test them across various channels.

The only other factor I know can lead to boot problems is an improperly positioned cooler mount—either too tight or too loose. Have you tried connecting the onboard graphics card via HDMI?
