Computer experiencing stuttering and a choppy mouse cursor every 10 to 30 seconds.
Lately, after returning from a trip, I downloaded Gary's Mod and played briefly on a server. Then I noticed some stuttering in the game. I assumed the computer just needed a restart, but issues persisted even when idle. Moving my cursor around the desktop makes it clear the system is stuttering.
I've checked the CPU temperatures during other games and everything was normal.
My system details are:
ASUS PRIME Z790-P WIFI
i7 - 13700k
4080 Super

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
As for your platform's temps, please pass that on as well both when under load and when idling.
