Assisting a friend in upgrading his PC with a new GPU and PSU went smoothly until the startup phase. An unusual occurrence was that both GPU and PSU fans began spinning, yet the system failed to boot. The machine in question is a NZXT Foundation PC model.

Consider trying alternative methods like turning off the power supply, removing the battery, or resetting the CMOS for a few minutes. Wait a short time before your first attempt. Check if the case includes a diagnostic speaker—connect it to the speaker pins on the FP header and listen for beeps. If not, proceed with warranty service for the NZXT Foundation PC.
