Hello,
about two months ago I upgraded my old system (it was quite a while ago) and installed everything carefully, checking it several times before testing. Everything functioned properly at first. I ran some tests, played games, and encountered no problems. Around three weeks ago, during one game, I experienced random crashes whenever certain events occurred, though it only happened occasionally. Recently, this issue has become more frequent across multiple games.

I wasn’t sure if the problem was related to the GPU, CPU, motherboard, or something else. I checked the temperatures and they were normal—GPU staying below 70°C and CPU around 70°C. I performed a stress test on the GPU (using a benchmark) and it always ran well. I also ran Cinebench and encountered frequent freezes before I could even start the benchmark. I tried multiple times, but each time it would freeze or restart.

The issue seemed to be a freeze or a reboot. Before purchasing these parts, I verified that my old PSU had sufficient power, so this shouldn’t have been a problem.

Details of the setup:
- Intel 13700k
- MSI Suprim x 4090
- Corsair 64GB RAM
- MSI Mag Tomahawk z790
- PSU Corsair RM1000i

After some cleaning and testing, it appears the problem only appears during CPU-heavy tasks. It works fine for normal activities like browsing, watching videos, or playing older games.

Appreciate your help!
Greetings

I also updated the graphic drivers and Windows (10) and attempted to play without any other applications running.

Tried a few more solutions but it's not working anymore. It keeps freezing before I can log in. Installing a new Windows fixed the issue temporarily until I have to restart and then it crashes again. Now I'm completely out of my computer and all my files are gone. I can't even reinstall Windows. Checked all cables, nothing looks damaged, no signs of burning. Not sure what to do next.
