Hey everyone, a few days back my PC's motherboard failed unexpectedly. I'm struggling to locate a replacement that matches it. The board I have is a Commell LE-37D with an Intel J1900 chipset (photo attached). The key issues are finding a motherboard with the right ports: COM, Ethernet, LVDS 48-bit header, and a PS2 connector for the integrated keyboard and touchpad. This setup causes awkward cabling, as shown in the images. Two main points I need clarified: - Can I swap the PS2 port for a USB port to connect the keyboard and touchpad, perhaps using an active adapter? I'm unsure if that would work directly with USB after rewiring. - Is it possible to use LVDS 48-bit single channel and 24-bit dual channel configurations together? Thanks for your assistance!

The top contender for replacement is the MIO-5251. I might need to purchase the "MIOe" extension board to include additional male USB headers (since the board has only one), connect three external USB ports, attach the panel LCD touch controller, and finally convert PS2 signals to USB.
