Also unparking the CPU, it still has stuttering issues.

I haven't checked the graphics driver or background software yet. Could you confirm if you've made any recent updates? Also, are these issues consistent across the system or limited to certain areas?

Occasionally it happens anywhere, especially in the city. I’m using team speak whenever I play FiveM and Discord, even when I wasn’t on GTA Online with a friend. Sometimes it stutters, but I’m trying to set my XML settings to zero. Someone should advise me on that.

The only idea that comes to mind is enabling VSYNC. GTA V was designed for consoles and the PC version isn't very polished. On my desktop I should run VSYNC, otherwise I experience strange FPS drops without any stuttering. Try it and check if it helps. You can also access the NVIDIA control panel, navigate to each game's profiles (3D settings), pick GTA V, and look for a power setting. Ensure it's set to maximum performance. Also confirm your laptop is connected to a power source, as this prevents the GPU and CPU from slowing down. If that doesn't resolve the issue, start the game alone and gradually add background apps until you identify which one causes the problems.

attempts have been made to toggle the settings off and on, but both still show stutter. I’ve already configured NVIDIA and always enable it when playing games. Please let me know as soon as you try some adjustments and see if they resolve the issue.

I attempted to turn off the CFG and adjusted the dx version XML to zero. Hope it works!

Testing in full screen at 900p now. Probabilities were due to a Windows update, software glitch, or temporary issue. I’ll play for about an hour and then share an update.

Been playing it for -+ 1 1/2 hours still little bit of stuttering when entering building dense area or new area, I’ll try reverting my undervolt back to reference
