william p makes a solid observation and for me the rear fan is blowing air over the VRM/CPU area, which then gets drawn out through the top using my 360 aio, while the 3 120mm fans at the front pull in air. I also have two 200mm fans supplying air from the front. All temperatures, including those around the VRM, stay within normal ranges!
