Completely absurd... a poor opening for GTA V. Updates!
I had already ordered and loaded the game beforehand. I wasn’t going to stay up late playing GTA, so you can picture my frustration when the ticker hit zero and then began downloading an update. Fortunately, the update was only 54mb—my high-speed internet should handle it. But what I could only guess was millions of users downloading the same update simultaneously, causing a slow 12-14 Kbit/s connection. EDIT: Wow! I came here to complain and grumble when the download was at 40mb/53mb. Later I returned to see the connection lost, clicked retry, and it restarted from zero. Not the end of the world, but not a pleasant night’s sleep!

Before loading, you miss out on essential files...otherwise the crackers would have released the game a week back...it makes total sense for them to hand us the padlock but keep the key away...
