I really enjoy what I've been able to play so far (Liberty and Gladstone). Unless you're just there to finish the game, I don't see a reason you wouldn't like it.

It's unclear if playing the full game is worthwhile. A DLC might have been a better option.

I've heard some great things about it, but I haven't been able to afford it yet (rent and bills really make it hard to enjoy things).
