Completed PC assembly, but facing issues with Windows 10 installation and RAID 0 setup on an Asus Sabertooth X99 board.
Hi everyone, My setup includes an Asus Sabertooth X99 board, two 250GB Samsung Evo 850 SSDs, and a 2TB Seagate HDD. I accessed the Asus BIOS via the EZ tuner, entered Advanced Mode, and configured a RAID 0 stripe at 124kb for the two SSDs while keeping the HDD as a regular drive. During Windows installation, I encountered an error stating "Windows cannot be installed on drive 0 partition 1." Did my RAID setup go wrong? Should I install additional drivers for the motherboard? I tried opening the BIOS CD but ended up in a DOS prompt instead of the usual EZ Tuner interface. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you! EDIT: I also noticed I can't select my RAID drives or set them as boot devices, which might be causing the issue.
