UPDATE: I neglected to incorporate a storage device. A solid-state drive (SSD) is recommended for the operating system; Samsung EVO 960 NVMe M.2 models are excellent choices. 2.5” SATA SSDs also provide suitable performance for storage and gaming purposes.

I’ve incorporated a robust cooling solution to reduce noise levels compared to the original design. Because the 3700X doesn't require a top-tier motherboard, I’ve opted for an alternative that offers better value. I favor Gigabyte’s motherboards, but the ASUS TUF X570 Gaming is a solid alternative if you desire diagnostic lighting. You might even be able to obtain a 3900X within this budget, and the motherboards would perform adequately without modifications.
I’ve retained 32GB of RAM, recognizing that while 16GB is sufficient, many modern games are demanding increasing amounts of memory. You could consider a lower-cost 16GB B die option, but it’s generally not worthwhile unless you intend to aggressively overclock your memory.
A 1TB solid-state drive has been added, which I recommend – however, you can easily adjust this quantity based on your specific needs.
The graphics card has been upgraded to a model with improved cooling and clock speeds, all within the same budget.

Generally speaking. However, it’s up to you, sir, and that preceding list provided by the novice will certainly suffice for high-definition viewing for a long time. Storage space isn't strictly required for 4K content.
