The Steelseries rival 3 is shutting down unexpectedly and won't restart. I've reset it, but the issue persists. Anyone have any advice on fixing it?

Have you checked the batteries to confirm they’re not dead or leaking? Here’s the reset guide from steelseries: https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us...-my-mouse-

I replaced the battery and attempted a reset, yet it remains nonfunctional.

Just encountered the same problem—pressing the mouse button in frustration and it wouldn’t power up. Tried disassembling, cleaning everything, replacing batteries, and reassembling. Then I found a YouTube tip: hold the scroll wheel, right-click, then left-click while the mouse is off for 5 seconds, followed by holding it for 5 seconds until the light comes on. It worked perfectly, but now I need to get new mouse slider feet.
