Are there any titles featuring competitive gameplay similar to Counter-Strike Climb and Bhop, or the Quake Defrag moments? I really appreciate the challenge of mastering bhops and long jumps in CS maps to boost your performance. I’d love to try Quake Defrag, though the servers are down and it feels great to play there. The rapid movement is so engaging. I’m not a fan of 2D games, but even if I could, I already have Super Meat Boy for speedruns.

There was a speedrunning game recently that was in sort of a hell setting. All about moving fast. Jacksepticeye played it... at sometime in the last year. EDIT: It's called speedrunners from hell. Of course the people at the top of the leader board all cheated, but whatever. There's also clustertruck.

Besides speedrunning, I’m not familiar with that. The issue with those kinds of games is that at a high level they can become monotonous to watch. Even with teams, it boils down to whether one can hit every mark perfectly or not. That’s why I usually don’t enjoy watching track and field events. Maybe the atmosphere matters too.

For those who enjoy quick actions and jumping, the Deathrun mod in the original CoD4 is a great choice. It lacks a competitive setting, but it's highly dynamic and requires a lot of skill to master every jump.
