Grid and Grid 2 are pretty good. If you like rally you might aswell like Dirt 3 and Dirt Showdown And I forgot, if you like really crazy stuff, then also Trackmania . Theres also a free version of it.

Assetto Corsa seems to be the top choice, along with beam NG drive (great collision dynamics, not quite like Forza/GT but still very enjoyable), Grid Autosport, any of the off-road titles, and the crew.
