Are you sure? It wouldn't make sense if you're not sure enough to proceed, so turn off xmp/docp and see.

XMP was already turned off—it was the first attempt I made, not sure what the docp is, and I’m trying to reset the CMOS.

Same issue. You might attempt it one stick at a time. Was this a new Windows setup? Not sure.

I successfully cleared the CMOS. The motherboard has pins that can be connected to reset it, and I haven’t tested one at a time. I’m unsure if this was after a fresh Windows installation—I downloaded Windows 10 and when prompted, I chose to keep my apps and personal files.

It was an old drive, so you just installed Windows. I recommend saving the files first and then doing a fresh setup. Before that, test one stick at a time, run Memtest, and see if any issues appear.

Consider running memtest before bedtime since it can take some time. You’ll need to focus on your computer for work afterward.

It might work. You could also attempt to re-enable xmp and see if it functions.

This appears to be an improvement over the earlier Windows release. If true, it might actually point to the issue rather than the RAM itself. As @TofuHaroto suggests, verify your RAM using memtest86; if it passes, back up your data and perform a clean installation. We can assist with the steps if required.
